The Ohio Public Records Act permits the public disclosure of warrant information. Therefore, the Summit County Sheriff’s Office allows anyone to inspect and copy active warrants in its custody. Individuals seeking to determine whether there is a warrant for their arrest should contact the Summit County Sheriff’s Office Warrant Division by phone at (330) 643-2108 or in person. Requests should be made from Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
